Date range & granularity
All charts share a single date range picker. Switch between day, week, and month granularity. Defaults to the last 30 days. Changes propagate to every chart simultaneously.
Volume over time
Bar chart of shipment counts grouped by the selected granularity. Spot peaks, drops, and seasonality at a glance. Cross-carrier — shows all shipments regardless of provider.
Terminal status by provider
Table breakdown of final outcomes per carrier: how many shipments completed successfully, how many were returned, how many were cancelled. Compare carrier reliability side by side.
Time in status by provider
Average time shipments spent in each intermediate status, broken down by carrier. Identify where delays accumulate — whether in transit, pending pickup, or stuck waiting for scan events.
Delivery time comparison
Average time from shipment creation to completion, per carrier. The number you need to hold carriers accountable and spot underperformers before they affect customer experience.

All analytics data is also available programmatically via the /analytics/shipments and /analytics/providers endpoints. Query by date range and granularity, receive structured JSON suitable for building custom dashboards or feeding into your BI tooling.
